This short series (30 total minutes of video) is designed to provide you with some of the science and psychology of Influence with practical examples you can add to your change leadership skill set.

Principles of Influence and actionable change examples are included in each segment.

We provide a new segment every few days to allow you to apply each lesson in practice.
